What's up with all of us? The Kugan lcase.

(Pic. taken from minaq jinggo)
PUCHONG:
Suspected car thief A. Kugan was laid to rest at 5:20pm Wednesday at the Batu 14 cemetery here, more than a week after his death while in police custody had created a controversy.
He was buried in the presence of family members and hundreds of supporters and well-wishers.
It was a day in which emotions were on edge. The drama started in the vicinity of the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) in Petaling Jaya when the Field Reserve Unit (FRU) and the Light Strike Force were deployed, creating a massive jam at about 9:30am.
The units were placed there in anticipation of a large crowd for the procession that would begin at the UMMC mortuary where Kugan’s body was being kept, Petaling Jaya police chief Asst Comm Arjunaidi Mohamed said.
By 11am, that expected large crowd had materialised, even before Kugan’s family arrived at about noon.

This is not good for the country. Everybody must be more responsible in whatever actions that they are going to take due this unfortunate incident.

The POLICE - They will have to come clean and must failrly explain to the rakyat about the death of Kugan ... whatever his offence, he should be given a fair trial. That's his right as a citizen. The police promise that they are going to investigate this case further and we hope that they will be do it in a fair and proffesional manner.
The POLTICIAN - They should not exploit Kugan's death for their own personal agenda. We see politics from both the government and oppositions during the procession and we hope they are sincere about their presence there. They must not instigate the rakyat further to do things that can evolve into something nasty.
The FAMILY - We truly understand their feelings. To lose a member of ones' family is always a sad occasion, what more under this circumstances. They should fight for an independent inquiry to determine fairly the death of the son.
MALAYSIAN - We as the rakyat should not treat this incident politically and racially. It is just an unfortunate event. As rakyat we all need answer, not only for the late Kugans but most importantly for us all. What happen to Kugan can easily happen to anyone of us, no matter who we are or what we are.

What's up with us Malaysian? Are we turning into a violent society?

( Somali student’s fatal vacation >By Aizat Sharif - January 23, 2009

Another Wangsa Maju mob attack, another African dead. Somalian Kadar Abdul Kadir Said, 22, had been looking forward to hanging out with his friends during the long semester break. Instead, he is now dead.

(Can the police enlightened us about this unfortunate incident?)

The business administration student from Insaniah University College in Alor Setar, Kedah, died after a senseless attack that was eerily reminiscent of the one that claimed the life of a Chad student last September, about one kilometre away. Kadar, from Mogadishu, was savagely beaten by a mob of 17 who, eyewitnesses claimed, were high on alcohol.

(The Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Higher Education and Home should come together and look into these incidents for they are not totally isolated cases. There seem to be a tendency amongst the locals (Malaysian) to treat foreigners (especially African) with bad feeling and intentions. There could many reasons for this but most probably the several cases involving a few Africans with criminal activities such as the "black money scams" had created a sort of unfair assumptions about these students from Africa. This is something that the three ministries must sort out and muinvestigate upon and see what the real reasons for this things to happen and what can they do to help. The ministers concern must do everything in their power to try to educate Malaysian regarding this as well. I heard that in some of the colleges where they go to, they are intentionally outcast by their fellow students. Many of them claimed that Malaysian students refuse to be friend with them and refuse to study together. Is this true?

We must remember that not all of these students have criminals intentions. They are here to study and to learn from us! Why are we treating likewise?

Obama to Shut Guantánamo Site

WASHINGTON — President Obama is expected to sign executive orders Thursday directing the Central Intelligence Agency to shut what remains of its network of secret prisons and ordering the closing of the Guantánamo detention camp within a year, government officials said.

First of all, let all of us welcome Barack Hussien Obama as the "most powerful man in the world" in place of the "the idiotic man of the world". But for the time being, I am not going to bet my last dollar on Obama. Mr Obama has got to walk the talk and to convince us all that he is for real, he is elected for what he is, and for his ability.

The world hailed him as the first black president for USA because his father a Kenyan and is black BUT many forget that his mother is white and from Hawaii. This means he as much a white man and an American that he is a black man and a foreigner.

What's up FAM ...Wake-up!

The football scene in Malaysia today is not like the football scene at my kampong (many years ago) In those days we have many football matches between kampongs. The matches were really of high standard eventhough players are just fishermen or rubber tappers. They played for the love of the game not for MONEY! There are no pros .... no league ....no managers ... just kampongs kids who want to have fun .... Now .... its all gone ...

What is our ranking? Can we beat South Korea? The FAM need HUGE renovation work !!!!

What's up with Dr. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi ...

Pegawai Kerajaan Persekutuan dilarang hadir mesyuarat negeri (mStar 20/1/2009)

IPOH:
(This very stupid ... the BN still never learn !!!)

(Ahmad Hamidi is a nice man but he should realised that the present government is democratically elected by the rakyat).

"Kita tidak akan teragak-agak untuk mengambil tindakan disiplin terhadap pengarah agensi Persekutuan jika mereka menghadiri mesyuarat tersebut," katanya kepada media selepas mempengerusikan mesyuarat Majlis Tindakan Persekutuan Negeri di sini, hari ini.
(This is something I really want to see ... BN is rally in deep shit here !!!!)

Ahmad Zahid yang merupakan Pengerusi Majlis Tindakan Persekutuan Negeri bagaimanapun berkata, agensi-agensi seperti Jabatan Pengarain dan Saliran, Jabatan Kerja Raya, Jabatan Kesihatan, Jabatan Pertanian dan polis dikecualikan daripada larangan itu.
(I think the BN is doom in Perak. They are just so stubborn and are not willing to change and to learn from the many mistakes made by them especially during Ngah Talib stewardship)

( Another stupid innovation by UMNO ... This JKKKP is actually the previous JKKK which is then under UMNO banner. They were useless then and they are still useless .. even if they called themselves JKKKP. LEARN UMNO...LEARN)

"Jabatan-jabatan dan agensi-agensi persekutuan telah diarahkan supaya hanya menerima borang-borang yang ditandatangani JKKKP," katanya.

(Conclusion .. if this kind of behaviour persists ... I am sure the BN and UMNO will not be able to govern again in Perak.!!!!!!)

What's up BN/UMNO ... PAS won !!!

As expected PAS defeated BN. Many claimed this defeat is Pak Lah's. I disagree. We must remember Pak La is strategically "missing" in KT during the campaign. This might be what he wants since he is accused to be many things by UMNO but never as the man who brings political reform to our country. Tuan Guru Haji Haji complemented Pak lah for his Leadership that enable election to much cleaner that during previous premiership notably Dr M. Congratulation to PAS. And as usual PAS extended their thanks to SPR for the win. However I wonder what would PAS say about the SPR if they lost the by-election?

What do I want in life?

I have always wanted to start a blog but I can't think of a theme to blog about. Just yesterday that I decided to blog about life. Since its about life so it can be about anything. I will not try to dictate anything to whoever happen to drop by and I don't expect people to agree with me. In fact if they don't like my views then that is good. There are so many things that I wanted to do and I have not been able to do yet. The Perak house is taken from BankRakyat's .
